Maung Chan Aye, a resident of Kya Oo village in the southeast of Pauk Township, Magway Division, was arrested and killed by Pyu Saw Htee group from Dee Dot Kwin village, Pauk Township, Magway Division on 11 February, according to locals.
“He was brutally shot with a handcuff behind his back and a knee-shaped gun in his mouth,” a local told The Irrawaddy.
The victims were identified as Maung Chan Aye, a villager from De Dot Kwin village and Kya Oo village.
“I was forced to kneel in the forest near Aung Chan Thar village (Wan Lay Yoe village) west of Di Dot Kwin village and was shot in the mouth. The child is a citizen. It has nothing to do with any group, ”a local told The Irrawaddy.
According to sources close to Maung Aye Chan, there is only one personal fault with Saung Win, the head of the military council in Kya-O village.
